So that is it for this year's collecting the data for the 'ecological monitoring of the wider species', this week we have been analysing the pitfall contents and entering all the data.
Each Friday, a wildlife guide points out the wildife to passengers onboard. This week they saw lots of seabirds and whales!
We have a had a few reports of suspicious droppings lately, so far it is shrew droppings, but please keep us posted if in doubt!

Each Friday, a wildlife guide points out the widlife seen from the Scillonian III. This week it was an ideal day for seabird and cetaceans with almost flat calm conditions, so little was missed with a full ship load of eager watchers.
