spaldassociateslogo.jpgSpalding Associates comprise of a team of four ecologists who are carrying out ecological surveys of land birds, invertebrates, Scilly shrews, rabbits and vegetation to monitor and assess the impact of the project on these species.  Data on the responses of different species to the rat removal operation will be highly useful in informing the development of future projects.

The team are training the project staff, volunteers and partners to carry out the monitoring programme, they have also been working closely with the community of St Agnes and Gugh.
