Biz Bell (WMIL) has put up the new posters on the access points to St Agnes and Gugh to explain that the boxes around the coast no longer contain bait but monitoring tools (cholocate wax blocks).
Boat users will now see the new stickers asking that if anyone sees a rat or sign of a rat to call 01720 422153 to ‘rat on a rat’ and keep the islands of St Agnes and Gugh and the uninhabited islands rat-free .

Live intrepeter Dave Conway was onboard the Scillonian III ferry today to point out the birds and other widlife seen from the ferry. Dave and the passengers did well seeing lots of seabirds and other birdlife including returning Manx shearwaters - all the way back from South America for the spring!
