Project operators
The project operators ensured the correct expertise and skills were in place to deliver the project. An important part of the operators role was to train the local community to develop the skills on the islands to ensure the islands of St Agnes and Gugh remain rat-free and to look at the feasibility of other islands in the archipelago becoming rat-free in the future.
