We worked with local schools and schools visiting from the mainland. This is the place to look for information regarding teaching resources, including games, that help children and young people learn about seabirds, their great diversity and importance, the threats that they face and how we can help them.
We provided out of school activities, working with the Council of the Isles of Scilly Youth Hub and Holiday Club. We also participated in the local fêtes, a highlight of the island calendars.
Our work was integrated with the Isles of Scilly Environmental Education Group, comprising RSPB, the Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust, Isles of Scilly Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an independent adviser from the community.
