Members of the community who previously did not have a wheelie bin or composter if they needed them have received them today. As part of keeping the island rat-free; wheelie bins with secure lids are used to store rubbish until collection; composters are used to reduce household rubbish and islanders have received advice on how to compost and look for rat sign around the bins.
